this RPG might be 2 years old by now, but still it is one of the best opening RPG for the 3rd generation console. But not only that, its success to enter 2 other consoles except its origin. What makes it a larger shock is that it entered Playstation 2, a console known to have a great rivalry with Dreamcast and PC. PC is always a cold place for console RPGs, as the taste of PC gamer and console gamer differs quite a lot. It was quite impresive for Grandia II to enter the PC RPG world.
